Card Making

Card Challenge – Alphabet Challenge “Y”

I’ve created a card for the Alphabet Challenge Blog – this challenge is under the letter “Y” – You Choose.

I decided to use my new Lawn Fawn stamp/die set; I think the pinata is so cute!

I stamped and coloured the pinata with Promarkers and then used the matching die to cut it out.

I used yellow cardstock to make it nice and bright. I used the matching stamps to create a background, again colouring in with Promarkers.

I stuck the pinata on with some 3D squares.

I used the matching sentiment and mounted it on some red card to make it stand out from the rest of the card.

That’s it! Though i’d make this one nice and simple as it took next to know time and I could make a few in different colours.

Hope you like it!

Materials Used:

  • Lawn Fawn ‘Year Seven’ Stamp and Die sets
  • Promarkers in Berry Red, Yellow, Bright Green, Plum, Azure and Mandarin

  1. Clare…..This is a fun one, for sure! Love the bright colors and the way you have red on the rounded corners. Anyone would love to receive this birthday card; it’s a fiesta in itself. Where are the maracas??? 🙂
